A real estate developer by trade, Jim Reimann has been a guiding light in helping build the Linfield athletic facilities into what they are today.

Along with being a longtime supporter of the TopCat Club, Reimann has been a major financial contributor toward the development of Linfield athletic venues, namely the Ad and Joan Rutschman Field House, the Athletics Complex, including Ted Wilson Gymnasium, the Aquatics Center and the Hal Smith Fitness Center, and the 2004 Maxwell Field renovation.

Jim Reimann has been instrumental for many years in supporting Linfield Athletics, said Linfield director of athletics Scott Carnahan. Without the support of Jim and Bev, the progress we had made to our athletic facilities would not have been possible.

He also has made direct contributions in support of the football, basketball and baseball programs.

Few people are aware that the Reimanns purchased and donated NAIA national championship rings in support of the 1986 football team.

He has also been a strong advocate and contributor for the Wildcat Open golf tournament, Linfield's annual fundraising event held every August.

More recently, Reimann offered a lead gift in support of the proposed new athletic training and weight room facility.

The Reimanns son, Steve, was an all-America football player who was inducted into the Linfield Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007.

The Reimanns live in West Linn. They have two children and four grandchildren.
