Linfield women's basketball (11-2, 4-0 NWC) rides a seven-game winning streak into the Tacoma road trip, coming off of three wins in five days to start Northwest Conference play a perfect 4-0; their best start in the NWC since 1999-2000. The 'Cats take on their toughest opponent in the NWC in Puget Sound on Friday, as the Loggers have matched the hot start to the season that the Wildcats have had. Last weekend,
Eve Burke led Linfield offensively with a double-double in a win over Willamette, although Linfield has had contributions come from up and down the bench as well. Friday's match up will see the conference's No. 1 offense (Linfield) take on the No. 1 defense (Puget Sound).Â
