The Sagehens are looking for positive results following two losses to Texas schools St. Thomas 3-0 and Trinity 3-2. Most of Pomona-Pitzer's offensive production comes from underclassmen with freshman Keyon Namdar being tied for the team lead in goals with one. Sophomore Alex Greenstein and freshman Adam Leikin share the lead in shots on goal with two.
SERIES HISTORY
Linfield is 0-1 against La Verne with the only previous matchup coming last season. The Leopards got five goals past the Wildcats en route to a 5-2 win in McMinnville.
In two matchups versus Pomona-Pitzer, Linfield stands at 1-1 with the last win coming in 2007 and the latest matchup being in 2008.
