FRESHMAN
Competed in soccer at Converse University in South Carolina.
 
MENCHVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated with four letters in soccer and one in golf.
Member of DECA, the homecoming committee and Mayors Youth Commission while at Menchville.
Played club soccer for Tidewater Sharks and Buckswood Football Academy.
Had 15 saves in the state championship game for the Sharks and was also the Virginia State Championship MVP in 2021.

Majoring in biology.
Son of Melissa Kern and Patrick Watkins.
 
WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I transferred to Linfield because of how welcoming the coaches and all of my new teammates were when I came out for my visit. They welcomed me in and made me feel like family and because of that, Linfield felt like home to me.
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a Wildcat means everything to me. There is a championship culture throughout the athletic department, and I am looking to bring all of the experience I have from other schools to boost the men’s soccer program towards a championship.
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports has made me who I am. My life revolves around soccer and because of that it influences me to become a better person through being a better teammate and leader on and off of the field.
