The Wildcats also fell to 3-3 at home.

DOUBLES
The Wildcats got their only win of the match in the No. 1 doubles flights, with Matous Young and Rogue Stone beating Whitman's John Carter and Harshvardhan Chopra 8-5 to improve to 3-7 as a duo on the year in No. 1 doubles contests.

Linfield would not find that level of success for the rest of the day though, starting with the second flight which saw Isaac Milner and Seamus Miller, paired together for the third straight match, falling 8-1 to Lucas Huang and Aidan Schutter.

Cody Pickar and Abraham Solomon played well to open the No. 3 flight, but eventually fell to Aaron Yuan and Noah Baker 8-4, giving Whitman the advantage heading into singles play at 2-1.

SINGLES
Stone had one of the better singles performances of the day for the Wildcats in the No. 1 flight, but eventually fell to Schutter 6-3, 6-3.

The No. 2 flight saw Chopra handle Young, winning 6-1, 6-2, while Pickar found himself blanked in the third flight against Huang, losing 6-0, 6-0 and sealing the match for the Blues at 5-1.

Milner played well in the No. 4 flight but would lose to Yuan 6-3, 6-3.
