As finals week has wrapped up and student-athletes are set to spend the holidays with their families, three Linfield teams are still in action in the days leading up to Christmas. Men's and women's wrestling head to Las Vegas, Nevada, for a mid-week tournament, the annual Desert Duals. The 'Cats aim to continue to improve against strong opponents from across the country in the tournament format. Women's basketball heads to Honolulu, Hawaii, at the start of next week, taking on the Hoops in Hawaii Classic tournament. Linfield will take on McMurry and Knox on consecutive days, closing out the non-conference season.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Linfield women's basketball (6-2, 1-0 NWC) comes off of a pair of dominant victories last weekend, and are set to hit the road for the last time in the non-conference portion of their schedule. The 'Cats ride a two-game winning streak behind a veteran offensive and defensive group, holding each of their last three opponents to less than 60 points. Led by
Amelia Solt,
Miki Vermeulen,
Allie Mead,
Eve Burke, and
Tana Hoekema, Linfield's starting lineup paves the way for others to maintain early leads night in and night out.Â
