Genna Hughes scored on a free position shot nine seconds later.
Jensen netted her second goal at the 26:33 minute mark with an assist to Cole to make it 3-0 early on. Phaup picked up her only goal of the match 11 seconds later to close the score to 3-1 but Linfield then reeled off 11 unanswered goals to take a commanding 14-1 lead at the intermission.
The 'Cats continued their scoring blitz into the second half, tallying the first five goals of the period. Sweet Briar scored again with 8:29 to play to make it 19-2. Hessel finished out the scoring at the 5:33 mark of the second half.
