Zac York is in his third year as a member of the Linfield women’s soccer coaching staff. Serving as an assistant coach under Steve Simmons, York directs the goalkeepers.
York competed in soccer for one year at St. Gregory University before completing his bachelor’s degree at Sam Houston State in 2017. He completed a master's degree in Recreation and Sport Pedagogy from Ohio University in 2020.
York spent five years in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed primarily in Hawaii and Texas.
He helped coach with the Houston Dutch Lions U15-U25 team and more recently was served as goalkeeper coach with the Westside Timbers U12 girls team.
He holds a Class D USSF coaching license.
He resides in Wilsonville with his fiance, Kelsey Griffin, and three cats, Lou, Grey and Bubba.
