WHY LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because I loved the people at the school, but also because I loved how small the school was and the environment I felt when on my visit. When I first visited Linfield, everyone made me feel at home, especially the women on the lacrosse team, and that really made me put Linfield as my number one school.
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means being able to participate in the sport that I love while also being able further my education. Along with that, it allows me to participate in other activities on camps, like a sorority, and Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
 
WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? What makes me interesting as a student-athlete is the fact that I am able to be a part of other activities on campus and hold leadership positions in those activities as well. I am able to serve as a committee head in my sorority, and I was able to be on the board of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, all while being able to play lacrosse and attend classes. Along with that, I am able to also obtain an internship for the fall which I will be able to participate in because everyone on campus is supportive and encouraging.
 
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is marketing preferably in sports. Linfield is helping me achieve this by preparing me in the classroom and giving me the opportunity to participate in internships not only over summer but also during the school year. Linfield is also helping me achieve this by allowing me to be in contact with my advisor and professors so much. Because there are such small class sizes I am able to have a better relationship with my professors and am able to learn more about marketing.
