WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because I wanted to get out of Minnesota. Oregon is beautiful and I love the small school aspect of Linfield.
 
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? It means working hard in both athletics and academics. Student always comes first, so I focus on my schoolwork when I really need to. It’s also like having a built-in family before I even get on campus.
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? It has made me understand different people and different perspectives as well as focus on what works for multiple people, not just me.
 
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? Hopefully out of graduate school and into a job that I love!
 
WHAT'S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU'VE TAKEN AND WHY? Biology 211 was my favorite class so far. I learned all about different organisms and saw them in the lab!
 
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My mom! She has always taught me to work hard and follow through on my commitments. She is still one of the most active people I know despite battling MS. She also taught me how to treat others with respect and find joy in anything I do.
 
THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... Just have fun!
 
AS A LINFIELD-STUDENT ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... I would love to receive an academic all-honors recognition if my grades keep up since that is something I have been working really hard for.
