WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of the family atmosphere on the lacrosse team as well as the amazing campus.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? It’s a busy lifestyle, but it’s very exciting and fun. It means I have commitment to both my team and school.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Sports have made me a better person in terms of how I live my day-to-day life. Sports builds my confidence and personality.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I plan to be working in health care with a focus on occupational therapy.

WHAT'S THE BEST CLASS YOU'VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best class that I have taken at Linfield University has to be one of my special education classes. With a focus in special education, I really had a fun time learning all the new information in this class, and I felt like it gave me a step up in the real world.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? The most influential person in my life is my twin sister, or my mom. They’ve been so influential to me because they’ve always been so positive when I have needed someone in my life, and they have always been there for me when I needed them. I have always looked up to them because of how confident and successful they both are in life. I feel like my mom has really set me up well for a successful life regardless of bumps in the road. Whenever I face adversity, she’s the person to pick me up if I ever fall. My twin sister is the person I look up to for critiques and advice when something goes wrong, and I need help right away. My sister is there by my side.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS HAS BEEN... You’re the hardest competition you’ll ever face. The harder you push yourself the better you’ll be, but the less you push yourself the less outcome you’ll have.  This is the greatest competition in your lifetime.

AS A LINFIELD-STUDENT ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My goals for my team this year is to collectively have good sportsmanship, an amazing time and have a family atmosphere with a positive mentality throughout the season. I also hope to make it to the tournament at the end of the year.  My individual goal is to make northwest conference student athlete of the week again and make second team or first team all-conference.
