WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I wanted to go to Linfield so I could be close to home and be a part of a really competitive softball team.
 
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? It means I am a part of something bigger than myself. I have responsibilities and people relying on me every day to be the best me that I can be.
 
WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? Topic in Finance 449- Study Abroad in New York. It was the best class I have taken at Linfield because it allowed me to connect with the most successful Linfield Alumni! I met Linfield Alumni who made it big on Wall Street and some who have very successful businesses in the Portland Metro area.
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports has made me a better person because it has taught me to always work hard. I have learned how to manage my time, push through obstacles and always be a good person on and off the field.
 
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My mom has been the most influential person in my life. She is the most supportive, hard-working, and determined person I know. From her, I have learned to always keep a smile on my face no matter what challenges come my way. I hope to one day become a successful businesswoman just like her.
 
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself working at a very competitive accounting firm as well as raising my children to be the best softball or baseball players they can be.
