WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose Linfield for its strong business program, small class sizes and close-knit community. Linfield also has a successful and competitive softball program.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? It means being held to a higher standard and succeeding at a consistent high level of excellence in both school and my sport.

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best Linfield class I have taken is Tax Accounting because it helped me to realize that is what I wanted to pursue after college.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Sports have made me a better person by pushing my limits, increasing my mental strength and increasing my ability to adapt to a situation quickly and confidently. Sports have also introduced me to so many good people and role models to admire and learn from to help me not only in softball but in life after college.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... Get comfortable in the uncomfortable.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... Become a family, uphold the Catball legacy and its traditions, and win a national championship.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself in some sort of accounting job, whether I’m a CPA or a private accountant. I see myself living somewhere in the Northwest, Idaho, Utah, or Arizona.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? My parents have been the greatest inspiration in my life as they have both had to work hard for their accomplishments and never let anything get in their way of reaching their goals. They have pushed me to do the same and have always been encouraging, supportive, and loving parents.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… being comfortable in the uncomfortable and giving your best at all times because we are part of the legacy that is Linfield sports.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE… continuing the legacy of a 30-40+ win season, being NWC conference champions, and winning the World Series. Most importantly representing Linfield and being good role models for those who come to our games and camps.
