WHY LINFIELD?
Linfield is a small school that provides a competitive softball program and has my program of study that I am interested in.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE MEAN TO YOU?
Being a student-athlete means competing to be the best version of myself that I can be on the softball field and in the classroom.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE?
I have some experience under my belt as a student-athlete at the collegiate level. I know what is expected of me and I know what it takes to be successful both as an individual and as a team.

WHAT’S NEXT AFTER LINFIELD?
I want to be a Physical Therapist. Linfield is helping me achieve this goal by allowing me to get a degree in exercise science so I can meet qualifications at a grad school.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I’ve taken at Linfield was my Sports Psychology class that I took last year. I loved the class because it was so much fun, and honestly helped me improve upon the mental side of my game dramatically. I learned so much about myself and my mentality and was able to make changes to help further my progression as not only an athlete but as a person as well.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Going to the beach, being by the water, hiking, hanging out with friends and teammates and playing with dogs at home.

THE GREATEST LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…How to put my team before myself. The seniors last season set a great example of the 'we before me' mentality, and they made me realize how much it helps the team dynamic and buy in to the program when everyone is selfless and does things for the good of the team, not for their own personal gain.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career was our home opener against Pacific. My sister is a freshman on the softball team there, so my whole family came down for the series and it was just a lot of fun to be on opposing teams.
