WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of how welcoming everyone was, and the high level of education offered. I also really liked the way that the softball team and coaching staff interacted, and it was something I wanted to be a part of.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student-athlete means pushing myself every day to prove I can be successful in the classroom, on the field, and in life. I get to be around others that have the same aspirations that I do and push me to be the best version of myself possible while still having fun.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in softball has made me a better person by teaching me how to be disciplined, responsible, and respect, as well as, time management, how to overcome mental hurdles and so much more.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself happy while working with student-athletes!

WHAT'S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU'VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best class I have taken at Linfield was intro to developmental psychology. For me, it was an interesting class with a great professor and had real life applications. I continue to use what I learned in this course frequently.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My greatest inspiration in my life is my mom. She is the hardest working, strongest, and funniest person I know. She pushes me to be the best version of myself and has helped me be able to pursue many opportunities.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... The greatest thing I have learned during my time as a student-athlete at Linfield has been how to persevere. Through a long season, there are challenging days, but being able to get through it with a smile on your face is one of the greatest things I have learned.

AS A LINFIELD-STUDENT ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My individual goal is to get everything I can out of my time being a student-athlete at Linfield. The gamedays, bus rides, and team bonding experiences are truly unique and could never be experienced anywhere but here at Linfield. As a collective, my goal for my team is to outwork our opponents in every aspect of the game, whether that is in the weight room, on the field, or our team chemistry.
