SOPHOMORE
Letter winner.
Recorded the second-best ERA at 1.66.
Had 11 appearances, striking out 14 batters over 12.2 innings.
Kept the batters to .119 batting average.
 
FRESHMAN
Letter winner.
Appeared in the circle in 19 games, starting 8 and completing 2.
Totaled 62 innings pitched and finished the year with a 7-1 record.
Registered 2.15 ERA and 1.44 WHIP with 42 strikeouts and 28 walks.
Allowed just 19 earned runs on 61 hits, held opponents to a .245 batting average.
Led all qualified Northwest Conference pitchers in fewest hits and runs allowed, was top five in the NWC in ERA, opponent batting average and fewest home runs allowed and was top ten in wins, strikeouts and fewest walks allowed.

Also played JV basketball for one year.
Four-time Honor Roll recipient.

WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose Linfield for the small community and the importance of education. Linfield also gave me the opportunity to continue my athletic career while being able to earn a degree.
 
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student-athlete is important because it’s something I’ve done my whole life. Linfield gave me the opportunity to continue my passion and love for softball.
 
WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best class I have taken is Anatomy with Daniel. He makes the information fun to learn.
 
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My greatest inspiration in my life have been my parents. They have shown me throughout my life how to work hard and be successful.
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? It has made me a better person because it has taught me the value of teamwork and how to work well with others. Athletics have always pushed me to be better physically, mentally and emotionally.
 
THE GREATEST LESSON OR PRINCIPLE THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... The greatest lesson I have learned at Linfield is hard work and team work. Softball has tough me to push myself in ways that I have never pushed myself before. Also, my teammates are my best friends and that is the best thing ever.
 
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? After Linfield, I want to become a dentist. In 10 years, I hope to be graduated from dental school so I can start my career in the dental field.
 
AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My goals for this year is to continue thriving in whatever role I am placed in. For our team, I am hoping we can make it back to the World Series.
