HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? It makes me more motivated and successful because of all the dedication and schedule.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself as a therapist.

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN? The best class I have taken is Psychopathology with Tanya Tompkins. This is a fascinating class because it delves into the complexities of human behavior and mental health, which offers insights into how and why psychological disorders develop. By exploring these different topics, such as the diagnosis, treatment, and biological, social, and environmental factors, it will play a key role in mental health. This class is something that I find very intriguing and people should be more educated on this.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? The greatest inspiration in my life has got to be my parents. They have undergone multiple different challenges in their life, yet they have never failed to be there for me. They also have grown so much as people, and are continuing to learn more about themselves daily. They have achieved so much throughout their lives, and continue to adapt as things change around them but never let it get to them.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… The greatest lesson that I've learned while competing in athletics at Linfield has been the value of perseverance and teamwork. Athletics has taught me that success isn't just about individual talent but about consistent effort, resilience in the face of setbacks, and the ability to have trust and collaborate with teammates. These experiences have reinforced the importance of discipline, communication, and supporting one another to achieve shared goals.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE…  As a Linfield student-athlete, my individual goals are to continue improving my skills, maintain a strong work ethic, and push myself both physically and mentally in order to reach my fullest potential.
