The best class I have taken so far has been Contemporary Business with Damian. He was such a bright personality and I learned things that I can take with me in my career and future. He will be missed for sure.

The greatest principle I have learned while competing in Athletics is discipline. Being an athlete requires you to time manage and schedule your events accordingly. Having discipline helps you to manage these things well, even when it may be difficult at times.
