WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD?
I wanted to continue developing in my sport while also receiving a more personalized education in applied physics at a smaller school such as Linfield. Additionally, the location of McMinnville provides many opportunities outside of athletics and academics to go explore and spend time outside.
 
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
It means being the best version of yourself in the classroom and on the field. If one side of the deal falls behind, the other will too. It also means receiving the opportunity to play the sport you love while receiving a quality education.
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
I think that the discipline soccer has given me has expanded to areas outside the sport. Whether it's at my job or at school, there is no reason to not give your best effort at anything. A lot of times, the way you are outside of your sport can reflect the way you play on the field. Being lazy at anything can only set you back.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
I don't have a specific place I see myself in 10 years, and that's why studying applied physics and playing soccer at Linfield excites me so much. Both things can open an endless array of doors for me, and I cannot wait to see where I end up.
