WHY LINFIELD?
I chose to attend Linfield because coming from New Zealand, I’ve always wanted to study at a university in Oregon. Linfield’s academics, soccer program, and staff impressed me, so I know that Linfield will be great for me.
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
Being a Student-Athlete at Linfield gives me the opportunity to study and play a sport that I love thousands of miles from home. To me, it means staying disciplined which helps me live a healthy lifestyle by balancing study and sport.
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Playing sport has made me a better person by teaching me how to work with others as a team and to be disciplined in everything I do. These have helped me get to where I am today.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
In 10 years I see myself looking back 10 years, feeling proud of my achievements and memories I have made. I would want to build upon these as I carry on doing whatever it is I’m doing.
