Six Linfield track & field student-athletes earned College Sports Communicators (CSC)  Academic All-District honors, given to student-athletes who maintain a minimum 3.50 grade point average and rank inside the top-50 of their event(s) regionally.
 
Junior dual-sport thrower, Margaritah Banuelos, ranked No. 46 in the West Region with her season-best discus toss coming back in March at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker. Banuelos comes to Linfield form Auburn, Washington, and also excels on the Volleyball court in the Fall. 
 
Shyson Cachuela posted top-30 marks in both the shot put and discus this Spring, studying Business Management in his junior season. The Kapolei, Hawaii, native led the Wildcats in both the shot put and discus, with his best mark of 47' 5.25" in the shot put back in March was the 16^th-best in the West Region.
 
Fall City, Washington, native Liam Christensen majors in Exercise Science while excelling in both the 100 and 200-meter sprints. The Junior posted both of his season-best times in the two events at the 2026 Northwest Conference Championships in Spokane. His time of 21.84-seconds ranked No. 25 in the West Region.
 
The lone sophomore to be named Academic All-District in her first season eligible, Natasha Freimuth recorded the 13^th-best time in the 400-meter hurdles back at the NWC Championships. Native of Hillsboro, Oregon, Freimuth is a double major in biology and graphic arts.
 
Jordan Roberts claimed Academic All-District in her senior campaign, holding the No. 23-best time in the 100-meter hurdles (15.39-seconds) at the NWC Championships. Roberts is a native of Twin Falls, Idaho, recently graduating with her degree in psychology while also competing on the NWC Champion women's basketball team.
 
Junior Jayden Taylor rounds out the Wildcat honorees, posting a time of 12:13.93 in the 3000-meter Steeplechase, good for No. 38 in the region. The Monmouth, Oregon, native is a double major in both mathematics and physics.
