Advanced Skills Softball Clinics set for July, August and September

The Linfield University Softball Program is conducting three Advanced Skills Clinics this summer/early fall for athletes ages 15-18.  All clinic instruction is provided by coaches and players of the Linfield University Wildcats, one of the most consistently successful softball programs in the country.  The Wildcats are coming off their third straight appearance in the NCAA Division III World Series, second straight 3rd-place finish, and broke the NCAA Division III record for home runs in a single season (108).

These advanced clinics are targeted toward high-level players who aspire to play at the collegiate level. The clinics stress the mental approach, fundamentals and advanced skills necessary to be successful at the highest levels of competition. The final portion of each session includes a presentation on preparing for college, college recruiting, finding the right college fit and general college success skills led by Linfield coaches and current players and concludes with a question-and-answer period for student-athletes.
