Linfield's newcomers dominated the postseason awards in 2024, with graduate transfer Rae Gerking and freshman Julia Alvarez both receiving recognition for their impactful play this season. Gerking was voted to the All-Northwest Conference second team while Alvarez was voted both All-NWC honorable mention and Rookie of the Year.

Gerking made the most of the final season of her collegiate career. After appearing in 58 matches and logging 3,343 minutes at the University of Wyoming, the graduate senior transferred to Linfield and made an immediate impact. She finished the season with three goals, two of which were game winners, on seven shots for an incredible .429 shot percentage.
She appeared in 18 matches, all of which she earned the starting nod and totaled 1,580 minutes played.

Alvarez is Linfield's third NWC Rookie of the Year behind 2017's Michayla Sponsel and Taylor Cole in 2016. The freshman phenom led the Wildcats in goals with four, one of which tied the match against California Lutheran in the final minute after an hour long lightning delay. A native of Seattle, Washington, Alvarez also topped the Linfield leaderboard in shots with 34 and aims to build upon her freshman year success next season.

Linfield finished the year with a 6-7-7 record, including a 4-7-5 NWC record. The Wildcats finished in sixth place in the conference table with 17 points.
