Linfield broke through for its first conference win on Jan. 19 against Pacific, topping the Boxers 64-59. The Wildcats moved to 6-11 overall and 1-7 in Northwest Conference play. Linfield now begins the second half of conference action with Lewis & Clark (5-11, 1-6 NWC) coming to town on Friday at 8 p.m. Followed by a road trip to Pacific Lutheran (10-7, 3-5 NWC) at 6 p.m.

Griffin Datcher IV (5.9) and Nate Berg (5.2) lead the effort in rebounds per game. Medlock Jr. leads the Pioneers in three-point percentage (36%) and threes per game (2). On defense, Berg tops the conference in blocked shots with 20 and averages 1.3 per game.

The Lutes average 78.2 points per game while leading the conference in the least amount of points given up at 71.2. As a team, Pacific Lutheran shoots nearly 49 percent. Miles Nash leads the Lutes with 14.9 points per game with Brandin Riedel close behind at 14.2. Nash also leads the team in rebounds per game at 6.4.
