The Pioneers took a pair of losses at Whitworth and Whitman last week in their return to NWC play. They're second in the NWC in scoring with 85.4 points per game. The Pios have two of the top three scorers in the NWC on their roster. Brenden Patrick leads the conference with 21.4 points per game while Jack Henderson is third with 20.7 points per game. Henderson leads the NWC with 4.1 three-pointers per game and ranks No. 7 with six rebounds per game.
PUGET SOUND AT A GLANCE
The Loggers have rattled off five straight wins, including high-scoring decisions over George Fox and Willamette. Four players are averaging double figures, led by Liam Ruttledge's 13.9 points per game on 48.4 percent shooting. Mussie Teclemariam is averaging 12.3 points and six rebounds per game. Grant Erickson ranks fourth in the NWC with 6.4 rebounds per game while also ranking third with a 77.6 free throw percentage.
