LINFIELD AT A GLANCE
The Wildcats picked up their first victory of the season in a 3-1 win at Lewis & Clark Monday night. Sid Kosaris scored two goals in the final five minutes of the match while Seamus Miller scored the opening goal and had an assist to lift the 'Cats over the Pioneers. Kosaris, Miller and Patrick Moes lead the team with two goals apiece. Cameron Gaines leads the 'Cats with a pair of assists. Evan Stafford has started in all five matches, leading the team with 406 minutes played. Three players have seen action in goal. Peyton Frazier is 1-2-0 with eight saves and a 2.00 goals against average.
 
PACIFIC LUTHERAN AT A GLANCE
The Lutes are outscoring their opponents 10-4, scoring 2.5 goals per match. Trevor Thompson has already racked up three goals and three assists, both of which lead the team. Cris Lozano, Craig Johnson and Alex White all have two goals while Ryan Griffith has dished out a pair of assists. Nicholas Gaston has locked down the goalkeeper position, playing every minute. He owns a 4-0-0 record with a .818 save percentage and a 1.00 goals against average.

The Loggers have shut out half of their opponents so far this season, scoring nine goals in their six matches. The team has eight goal scorers. Graham Hall leads the way with two goals to go with an assist. Stuart Methner and Jake Aigner have two assists apiece. Lincoln Schell, Ian Cameron and Ryan Saunders have played the full 90 minutes in all six matches. Saunders has three shutouts in goal with 21 saves and a 0.67 goals against average.

Linfield and Pacific Lutheran have met an even 50 times. The Lutes lead the series with a 28-19-3 record. The 'Cats are 9-16-1 against PLU at home. The last win for the 'Cats over the Lutes came in the 2012 season. In 2021, the Lutes won 3-0 in McMinnville and 5-0 in Tacoma.

Linfield and Puget Sound have also met 50 times. The Loggers won 36 of those meetings. The 'Cats are 5-17-2 against UPS at home. The last win for the 'Cats in the series came in 2010. Linfield and UPS tied 2-2 after double overtime in last year's first meeting in McMinnville. The Loggers welcomed the 'Cats to Tacoma in the second meeting with a 2-0 shutout.
