Rowan Cusack did it all in Linfield's 64-55 non-conference win over the NAIA's Warner Pacific on Saturday, securing the first Northwest Conference Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week award of her young career.
Â
The sophomore set a new career high against the Knights, dropping a game-high 20 points to go with three rebounds, four assists and a steal in 36 minutes played. She connected on 7 of 12 from the field and 4 of 8 from three-point range while sinking both of her free throws.
Â
Cusack's 20 points surpassed her previous career high of 16 points, scored against Whitworth on Jan. 18. She's averaging 7.1 points and 2.6 rebounds per game and leads the Wildcats with 12 steals.
Â
A native of Auburn, Washington, Cusack is the first player in program history to earn Student-Athlete of the Week honors since Kory Oleson took home the award during the 2019-20 season.
