The Linfield basketball teams host the George Fox Bruins Friday night at Ted Wilson Gym and are at the Bruins on Saturday. The women's game begins at 6 p.m. on Friday night and 6 p.m. on Saturday, the men's game follows about 25 minutes after.

THE LINFIELD WOMEN
The Wildcats are 1-5 overall and 1-3 in Northwest Conference play. The Wildcats defeated the Pacific Boxers last Friday for their first win of the season before falling to the Boxers in Forest Grove the following night.
Linfield's leading scorer is
Delaney Ragan, who is averaging 11.7 points per game.
Shasta Lofgren is right behind Ragan, averaging 10.8 points. Lofgren leads the conference with an average of 8.2 rebounds per game. In Friday's win,
Jordyn Feinauer scored 11 points, including three 3-pointers.
Paige LaFountain has 17 assists and seven steals this season.
Brooke Landis has 10 steals.
Peyton Bergevin is the first player off the bench for coach
Casey Bunn-Wilson. Bergevin is averaging 5.3 points per game.
THE WILDCATS MEN
Linfield has the most efficient offense among NCAA Division III programs, shooting 57.5 percent on the season.
Dempsey Roggenbuck (64.8 percent),
Max Lommen (62.0) and
Will Burghardt (61.0) rank in the top-30 nationally in field goal percentage. Roggenbuck is second in the country with a scoring average of 31.5 points per game.
The Wildcats are averaging 22.7 assists per game, which is second nationally. Linfield also is second among Division III teams in scoring at 101.5 points per game.

Jackson Dupree is averaging 5.2 and

The Wildcats have won five straight after losing their season opener to the Bruins. Linfield is 5-1 overall and 3-1 in Northwest Conference play.
Linfield has won seven of the last eight meetings over the Yamhill County rival. Linfield leads the all-time series over George Fox, 55-49.
THE GEORGE FOX WOMEN
The Bruins won their first their first three conference games, but lost their last contest to Pacific by six points. The Bruins are averaging 64.2 points, 42.8 rebounds and 11.8 assists per game.
Rachel Parks is scoring 11.0 points per game. Freshman McKenzie Lewis is grabbing 5.8 rebounds per game and Parks has 2.8 assists per game. In the last meeting between the two teams, Jenna Lacey scored 16 points.
George Fox took both meetings earlier this spring and has won 25 straight games over Linfield.
THE BRUINS MEN
George Fox is 2-8 overall and 1-3 in Northwest Conference play. The Bruins' lone win was a 106-102 triumph over Linfield on March 19. The Bruins are scoring 77.2 points per game with Ryan Lacey netting 15.8 of them. JD Ahlstrom and Kalu Stricklin are scoring 10.5 points per game.
The three Bruins are also three of the club's top four rebounders. Lacey lead the team with 5.3 rebounds per game, Stricklin is second at 5.1, Jackson Januik is third with 4.5 and Ahlstrom is fourth with 3.7. Zac Schmerber is making two 3-pointers per game and averaging 9.6 points per game.

The Wildcats are the odd team out of the conference schedule once again next weekend. The women have a home non-conference game scheduled against Bushnell on April 13 and an away game against Corban on April 15. The men are playing a non-conference home-and-home series against Willamette on April 16-17.
