Linfield loses to Pacific on Senior Night

MCMINNVILLE, Ore. – On the night that the Linfield Wildcats hosted Senior Night at Ted Wilson Gym, the Pacific Boxers won 70-51 on Friday.
 
SENIOR NIGHT
Prior to the game, the Wildcats honored graduating seniors Jordyn Feinauer, Cami Reuter and Shasta Lofgren, who played their final home games with a special ceremony.
 
The Boxers led 7-0 to start the game on a 3-pointer by Brilie Kovaloff. Camy Aguinaldo hit a layup as the time expired in the first quarter to give Pacific a 16-8 lead after the first quarter. Pacific had a 36-15 lead at halftime.
 
Daesha Viela scored a 3-pointer at the 1:19 mark in the third quarter to make it 52-30, which was Pacific's largest lead of the game.
 
Lofgren had a double-double, scoring 11 points and grabbing 15 rebounds. Delaney Ragan came off the bench and was Linfield's leading scorer with 12 points on 50 percent shooting and she also had six rebounds. Feinauer had nine points, Maggie Smith had six points.
 
Feinauer and Lofgren had three assists each as well.
 
Pacific's leading scorer was Aguinaldo with 15 points and six assists. Alexis Intong and Phoebe Trigsted had nine points each. Marissa Layosa had eight points. Sydney Gray had nine rebounds while Rilee Price had four assists. The Boxers outshot the Wildcats, 40.6 percent to 34 percent.
 
Linfield falls to 1-10 on the season, while Pacific is 3-2.

Linfield ends its season on Saturday night at Pacific, the game is scheduled to tip-off at 4 p.m.
