SALEM, Ore. – Every Linfield Wildcat that appeared in the game on Friday night scored at least a point at the Cone Field House in the Wildcats 107-79 drubbing of the Willamette Bearcats.

The winning streak is now at eight for the Wildcats, who are 8-1 this season. The Bearcats are 0-2. This game does not affect the conference records for either team.

The Wildcats started the game on a 12-2 run,
Max Lommen had five points through that stretch.

Linfield led 52-37 at the half. Lommen had 14 points,
Dempsey Roggenbuck had 11.
Aaron Baune had eight rebounds. The Wildcats shot 54.3 percent in the first half. Jack Boydell had 14 points for Willamette, Joshua Perez had seven.

Will Burghardt had four assists for Linfield in the first half.
Kellen George and
Carson Bonine had five points each off the bench.

The largest lead in the game for the Wildcats came at the 2:55 mark in the second half, when a layup by
Nick Tripaldi extended the lead to 103-67. Tripaldi had four points and an assist.

"We did a great job coming out of halftime and really defending, that led to some great offense," said coach
Shanan Rosenberg.

Roggenbuck finished as the team's leader in scoring, he had 22 points, making 10 free-throws and also had seven rebounds. Lommen had 21 points and four assists. Burghardt had 13 points and six assists.
Matt Berger had 10 points and six rebounds.

Baune finished the game with 10 rebounds, he also had six points. Bonine and George had nine points each,
Alex Jaczko had six points,
Josh Hair had three,
Reece Gibb had two.
Jack Greenwood and
Mikey Hinkle had one point each.

"Dempsey was once again very efficient tonight despite an excellent defensive effort by Willamette.
Matt Berger was awesome tonight and played very well in all phases, as did
Carson Bonine," added Rosenberg.

Alex Jaczko, he was awesome too."

Boydell had 24 points and eight rebounds for the Bearcats, Daniel Plumer had 22 and Perez had 21 points and four rebounds.

Linfield shot 55.1 percent from the field, compared to Willamette's 41.6 percent. From beyond-the-arc, Linfield was 9 for 22, Willamette was 6 for 24. The Wildcats knocked 22 free-throws on a clip of 75.9 percent, the Bearcats shot 64.3 percent from the charity stripe.

"It wasn't as pretty or great shooting game as we are used to but it was nice to be able to get some guys some minutes that may not usually get those opportunities," concluded Rosenberg.

25 of the 107 points for the Wildcats came off Bearcats turnovers. Linfield had just nine turnovers in the game.
