WHITTIER, CALIF – Hoping to end their four-day California trip on a high note the Wildcats traveled to Whittier to take on the Poets in a non-conference match up. The 'Cats however were not able to defeat the Poets as they fell 8-1.
 
Linfield started out with a win at the number one doubles position as the duo of Luis Rojas and Nathan Saragoza took down the Poests' Koszowski twins 8-4. Unfortunately, that would be the only win that the Wildcats would collect over the Poets.

Linfield will pick back up their Northwest Conference play on April 6^th at Pacific Lutheran at 10:30 a.m.
