MCMINNVILLE, ORE. – The Linfield Wildcats (11-12) hosted the #11 George Fox Bruins (20-3) for their last regular season home game of the season. When the two squared off in Newberg, Fox was able to pick up the win. Despite a game high of 27 points by
Kory Oleson the Wildcats fell 66-83 to the Bruins.

Kory Oleson had a game high of 27 points, while counter-part
Molly Danielson added 19 for the Wildcats. Oleson also had a career high of six blocks. Guard,
Cameron Reuter added nine points and four assists. The Wildcats scored 22 points off of George Fox turnovers and 36 in the paint.
Bruin stats
Five Bruins managed to score in the double-digits in tonight's match-up. Emily Dufour lead the way for Fox as she had 16 points and seven rebounds. Adding 12 for the Bruins was Haylee Hutzler; Emily Spencer, Emily Holder, and Hailey Hartney all had 11 in the win. George Fox scored 33 points off the bench and 21 off of Wildcat turnovers.
1st Half
The first two minutes of play were all George Fox as the started out with a 10 point-run until

Kory Oleson under the basket for a layup. George Fox went on an eight-point run before Oleson and
Molly Danielson managed to knock down back-to-back baskets. The Wildcats ended the first quarter with 17 points while George Fox has 38. Kory scored four-point in the beginning of the second quarter to give the 'Cats some momentum, but Fox responded with back-to-back baskets of their own. Linfield was able to keep George Fox to only 16 points in the second quarter, while they also scored 16.
2nd Half
Linfield and Fox went basket for basket for the first five minutes of play in the third quarter. The 'Cats went on seven-point run with three minutes left in the third quarter to close the gap just a bit. Danielson went on five-point run of her own part way through the fourth quarter to bring the Wildcats within 14 of the Bruins. The Wildcats held the Bruins to just seven points in the fourth quarter while Linfield scored 14.
