FOREST GROVE, ORE. – The Linfield Wildcats (12-13) traveled to Pacific for their final Northwest Conference regular season match up. Last time the two met up the 'Cats managed to edge the Boxers; similar story for Linfield in Stoller Center as the took Pacific down 60- 57. With the win the Wildcats will be the fourth seed in the NWC tournament.

Molly Danielson recorded 20 points and pulled down eight rebounds.
Molly Danielson joins the 1,000 point-club and becomes the eighth Wildcat in Linfield Women's Basketball history to score 1,000 career points. She is sixth all-time with 1,003 point.
Kory Oleson followed closely behind with 17 points. While
Jordyn Feinauer was three-for-three from behind the arc and finished the night with nine points and four rebounds.
Cassidy Schutz has an impressive night as she totaled seven points, six rebounds, six assists, and two steals.
Cameron Reuter added five points and six assists for the Wildcats in the victory.
Boxer stats
Liana Tanaka lead the Boxers with a total of 19 points. While Courtney Carolan added 11 points and eight rebounds. Four other Pacific players were able to get on the board as well. The Boxers managed to score 28 points in the paint.
1st Half
The Wildcats started out on top as
Cameron Reuter scored on a layup in Linfield's first possession. Pacific countered with a three-pointer and would keep their lead. To close out the first quarter the Boxers went on a four-point lead and would extend their lead to seven. The Boxers extended their lead to as many as 16 points in the second quarter before
Kory Oleson and
Molly Danielson hit back-to-back jumpers for the 'Cats to trail by 12 heading into halftime.
2nd Half
Linfield came out ready to play as they went on a 11-point run closing the Boxer's lead to just one. The Wildcats went basket-for-basket in the third quarter and ended up closing out the third tied at 44. The battle continued all the way into the last two minutes of the fourth quarter until
Molly Danielson and
Cameron Reuter each managed to score giving the Wildcats a five-point lead. With 17 seconds left to play
Cassidy Schutz sealed the game away for Linfield as she made one of two from the charity stripe.

Linfield will travel to Newberg, Ore. and take on George Fox in the first round of the NWC playoffs on February 21st at 7:00 p.m.
