McMINNIVLLE, ORE. – Looking to grab a win in their home opener the Linfield Wildcats hosted the Knights of Warner Pacific on Thursday, November 15
th.

Molly Danielson was able to collect her third double-double of the season, scoring 23 points and adding 13 rebounds.
Kory Oleson tied Danielson scoring a game high of 23 points while going 12 for 16 at the free-throw line.
Jordyn Feinauer added eight points and two assists for the Wildcats.
Warner Pacific's box score
The Knights were led by Gabriella Bruno who had a team high of 16 points while going six for 12 in the field. Katelyn Rossback was closely behind with 15 points for the Knights. Six other Knights were able to contribute in the win.
1st Half
The Knights scored first, but the 'Cats responded quickly as Danielson was sent to the free-throw line making one of two.
Cameron Reuter added two more points for the 'Cats off of an assist by
Cassidy Schutz to cut the knights lead to one. Danielson added two more points off of a jumper for Linfield to take their first lead of the night. Schutz and
Jordyn Feinauer each scored to extend the 'Cats lead. The Knights were able to knock down back to back jumpers and tie up the game at the end of the first quarter. Danielson laid in a left-handed layup to start the second quarter, but Warner Pacific countered with a three to take the lead for the first time since the start of the game. A three by Feinauer and jumper by Oleson tied the game up with six minutes remaining in the second quarter. Danielson and Oleson combined for four points giving the Wildcats the lead. The Knights were able to get within striking distance and eventually tie is up heading into the half.
2nd Half
Linfield came out ready to play in the third quarter scoring the first four points of the half. The Knights went on a six -point run to take the lead back from the 'Cats for the first time in the third quarter. Warner Pacific extended their lead as they were up by nine on Linfield heading into the fourth quarter. The 'Cats clawed their way back to be within four points with just under five minutes left to play in the fourth quarter. Warner Pacific was able to pull ahead and keep Linfield at an arms distance with one-minute left in the game. The 'Cats fought back in the last minute and were able to come within four points.
