Alina Garstka enters into her first year as the Athletic Operations & Administrative Coordinator at Linfield in 2026-27.
A native of Newberg, Oregon, Garstka comes to McMinnville after one year of serving as an account executive for LEARFIELD at the University of Oregon. She holds internship experience across numerous levels of sport, spending one season as a Youth Sports & Events Intern with the City of La Crosse Parks, Recreation, & Forestry following one season as a Ticket Sales & Service Game Day Intern with the MLB's Minnesota Twins while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
Currently pursuing her Masters degree in Sports Leadership online from Endicott College, she graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin in 2025, double-majoring in Sports Management and Leadership and Business Administration, with a minor in Human Resources Management. While at Viterbo, Garstka competed as an outfielder on the V-Hawks Softball team for three seasons, earning CCAC, NSAA, and NAIA Scholar Athlete honors. She served as the Vice President for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in her senior year.
Garstka currently resides in her hometown of Newberg, where she grew up playing basketball, golf, soccer, and softball. She is an avid Seattle Mariners and Oregon Ducks fan and enjoys playing pickleball and tennis.
