WHY LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because I wanted a smaller school with emphasis on academics and athletics. The opportunity to pursue my passions while playing volleyball drew me in. I felt welcomed by all the staff and coaches and thought the campus was beautiful. 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means dedication and hard-work. Playing a sport while focusing on school is challenging, but I felt like Linfield has the tools for athletes to succeed in academics and athletics. 

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN? INQS: Path of Wisdom. 

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I am very passionate about volleyball and have always enjoyed it. I am also very driven in the classroom. I have always been motivated to excel in school and work as hard as I can on the court. I make sure to manage my time well and I am very organized so that I can succeed in both. 

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus at Linfield is athletic training, then the accelerated nursing through the Portland campus. I am so excited to pursue this at Linfield because I know the staff will support me and I’ll have to opportunity to learn at a great school.
