WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because both my parents graduated from Linfield and my dad played football for Linfield so I grew up going to the football games, and participating in the Linfield volleyball summer camps. Because of the history and ties my family has at Linfield there was no other school that felt like home.
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete at Linfield means that I represent Linfield and our athletics with pride as I am a part of a larger community. It also means dedication and discipline being able to have a busy schedule but still earning good grades.
 
WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I didn’t play volleyball my freshman year because I wanted to focus solely on my academics but after my first year I decided I have the discipline and capability needed to be an athlete to my life again. Not playing sports my freshman year made me realize how much I missed being a student-athlete like I was in high school.
 
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My dream is to be a traveling nurse, Linfield has a great nursing program that fits my learning type as well as a spectacular array of opportunities to study abroad opportunities which gives me a look into what nursing abroad will be like for me.
