WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? 
Being a student-athlete at Linfield means having great representation. I am so honored to even have been given the opportunity to play at Linfield. 
 
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Participating in sports has made me a better person by allowing me to free my mind and putting it into a sport that I love. Playing volleyball, my whole life has brought me so many connections that without volleyball I wouldn’t be who I am today.
 
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? 
In 10 years, I see myself being a nurse back in Hawaii and helping people who are in need. Whether that may be medically or not, I see myself always giving back to the community. I also see myself at peace and trying to live my life to the fullest.
 
THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I'VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN...
The greatest lesson that I have learned is to always be present and cherish every moment. While in season it is easy to feel overwhelmed or stressed, it’s important for me to remember my "why" and to remember that these moments are only temporary, so I need to make the most of every single opportunity!

As a Linfield student-athlete, my goal is to play the sport I love while also pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse. Both athletics and academics are equally as important to me, so I want to give my 150% in both aspects of my life.
