WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because of the incredible nursing and academic opportunities in addition to the volleyball program. Linfield is unique and stood out to me from other schools because their key focus is their students' priorities and unique opportunities.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Being a student-athlete means that I am able to balance both school and sports. Both are able to weave together and help each other in different ways. I am pushing myself to be better as well as having a positive impact on others.

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? The best class I’ve taken is Global Health. It helped direct me to what I want to do once I graduate, and I learned about the different problems going on around the globe and how I can help.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My parents have been my biggest inspiration. They’ve shown me what determination and hard work is and how to go through obstacles in life with grace and kindness toward others.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN... No matter what I’m going through in life, I have a whole team ready to be there for me.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My goal is to make sure that when I step on the court, I give 110 percent and support my team in any way I can.

WHAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? I am unique because of my ability to build others up when they are down and support them in any way possible, whether that is on or off the court. I like to help others in any way possible and push them to be better.

WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? My career focus is becoming a nurse, by attending Linfield they are helping to push me in many different areas in my life in order for me to become the best person I can be. Linfield’s nursing school is one of a kind and will help me reach my end goal of caring and assisting the community in any way I can.
