WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD AND WHY? The best class I have taken at Linfield is Epidemics, Plagues, and Disease with Professor John Sagers. This course felt extremely timely for the world we are currently living in.

WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME… Reading books from the Reese Witherspoon Book Club, hiking, drinking coffee with friends and petting random dogs I see around campus.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPRIATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? The greatest inspiration in my life has been my Great Grandma. She passed away before I got to high school but her legacy has left a strong impact on me. She was a Linfield alum who loved sports and feeding birds. She was the glue that kept our family together and I will always appreciate her unconditional love.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN… The greatest principle that I have learned while competing at Linfield is what it means to be a wildcat. A wildcat is gritty and fierce, however, they are also compassionate and supportive. They never give up. A wildcat is strong and courageous and embodies true sportsmanship.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield athletic career was cheering on teammate Riley Clayeux as she won the deciding match at the 2019 Northwest Conference tournament, allowing our team to travel to NCAA Regional tournament.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My individual goals as a Linfield student-athlete are to give my best effort in the classroom and on the court. Collectively, as a team I know we would all love to defend our title as Conference Champions and go all the way to Nationals this year.
