WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? Linfield has been my dream college since I was eight. It has such a positive atmosphere when you walk on the campus. I’m able to get the major I want to pursue and play my sport that I enjoy.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student athlete at Linfield means having a community and being fully supported while playing my favorite sport it also gives me the chance to trying new things and meeting new people who have shared interests in my sport.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in a sport has made me build relationship and made me a team player in the past years.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? I see myself hopefully in a kindergarten classroom teaching the little ones and still playing lots of golf!

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? I love all Communications classes that I have taken. I have taken three and I think Linfield has a great Comms department.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? My identical twin Kye. She’s my role model like no other. She inspires me and makes me a better person everyday. We both play golf together and support each other even if she’s in Iowa for college.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING HAS BEEN… You’re going to feel like you have failed and you haven’t nor will you. Playing a sport you need to have so much mental capacity and dedication you’re going to have to build that.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE… Just to have fun. I think if you focus on all the fun things about a sport the work you put in and everything is so much easier.
