WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD?
I chose to attend Linfield because it has a strong biology program and offers the opportunity to play college golf close to home.
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE MEAN TO YOU?
Being a student-athlete means committing to both my education and my sport without letting one take away from the other. It's about juggling responsibilities, staying focused, and maintaining balance while striving to succeed both in the classroom and on the course.
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Golf has helped me build focus and patience, especially under pressure. It has taught me resilience when things don't go as planned and how to be a positive and encouraging teammate.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
In 10 years, I hope to be working as a forensic scientist, possibly in crime scene investigation. I also want to continue playing golf and stay connected to the sport I love.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY?
The best class I've taken is General Chemistry because it is how I've met all of my friends and bonded through our shared confusion about what was going on in that class.
WHATS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE SO FAR?
Anytime my team and I go on overnight trips for tournaments, especially the one to Arizona when someone crashed a golf cart.
