WHY LINFIELD? I chose Linfield because my high school counselor recommended it to me, so I went on a visit and fell in love with the campus, the community, and the people. Everyone was super nice and helped me feel welcome.
 
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? Linfield is a NCAA Division 3 school, so they are very focused on academics. The coaches and the professors work with my schedule, so that I am able to participate in as many activities in the classroom and with my team as I can. The fact that I am able to go to such a prestigious school and play the sport that I love is amazing.
 
WHAT MAKES ME INTERESTING AS A STUDENT-ATHLETE? Everyone thought I would go to college to play softball, because I had played on club teams year-round for eight plus years. I think I surprised everyone by choosing to continue my athletic career at Linfield by playing basketball.
 
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I have not figured out what I want to major in, but starting this year, I chose a wide variety of classes to see what Linfield has to offer. As I am starting to look as classes for the terms to come, the Career Development Department is very helpful in answering all of my questions.
 
WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD? The best class I have taken at Linfield was Econ 210 with Brittany Teahan, because she made the class interesting and was a good first class to prepare me for other business classes.
 
WHEN NOT COMPETING IN SPORTS OR STUDYING FOR SCHOOL, I LIKE TO SPEND MY FREE TIME…Playing Spikeball with my friends.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield athletic career has been meeting the amazing people that I get to call my teammates.
