WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD?
The coaches and players were very welcoming and made going to Linfield seem like it would be a place I would enjoy. Linfield offers classes that I wanted to take, and it isn’t too far away from home.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
Being a student-athlete at Linfield means I need to be dedicated to putting my best effort into my sport as well as my schoolwork.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Participating in a sport makes me more determined, helps me work well with others and teaches me perseverance and mental toughness.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
I hope to have my job situated and be settled down in a home to start the rest of my life after college.

WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN?
The best class I have taken at Linfield is Drugs and Behavior with Dr. Bakner. This class has a lab section where we get to test different types of drugs and observe the effects they have on lab rats. This class provides a good deal of information within class while also allowing for a fun hands-on experience within the lab.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE?
The greatest inspiration in my life is my parents. They have taught me to always work hard and strive for great things no matter what. They are living examples of what it means to be resilient, and have always prioritized my siblings and me, whether in or outside of sports.

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…
The greatest principle I have learned while competing at Linfield was the principle of perseverance. My journey hasn't always been the smoothest. Whether through injuries, playing time, or confidence struggles, I have been reminded that there is always something better after pushing through. By doing so, I have enjoyed my experience and have grown as an athlete and an individual.

AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE…
My goals individually are to give my 100 percent all the time, whether in the classroom or in athletics. By doing so I can accomplish my bigger goals to graduate with a good GPA and help contribute my skills to have a successful season in sports.
