WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because of the small campus atmosphere and because of Coach Bunn-Wilson and her amazing coaching staff. The girls welcomed me with open arms, and I felt right at home as soon as I stepped foot on campus.
WHAT’S THE BEST LINFIELD CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AND WHY? Advanced assessment in athletic injuries has been my favorite class! Emily is a great professor, and the class is super interesting!
WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU? Being a student-athlete means that you have to put in the work on and off the court. I get to represent Linfield playing the sport I love.
HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports has taught me a lot of valuable life lessons. Such as teamwork, discipline, and friendship. The game of basketball has made me who I am today.
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? My parents always have and always will be my inspiration. They are my biggest supporters and push me to be my best.
THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE OR LESSON THAT I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS HAS BEEN... The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that things are going to get hard, but your teammates will always be there to help you through everything.
AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... My goal is to be the best I can be on and off the court as well as in the classroom. My goal for the team is for us to never give up and make the conference tournament!
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS? In 10 years, I see myself pursuing my career as a physical therapist!
