 WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD? I chose to attend Linfield because of the people. From coaches, to the staff, to the professors, to the students, everyone here is extremely friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I was most motivated to go here by the amazing nursing program Linfield offers as well as the great women's basketball program that they have. 

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON? Participating in sports here at Linfield has pushed me to do things I never thought I was capable of. Everyday, my teammates and coaches push me to be better than I was the day before, as a person and as an athlete. Being an athlete has helped me learn the importance of teamwork and resiliency. Things are not always easy, but I have learned from athletics that you grow the most in your toughest times and to always continue to push through, no matter how hard things get.   

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?  
In ten years, I see myself working as a neonatal nurse at a hospital somewhere in Oregon. I hope to be married and to have started a family. In my free time, I can see myself coaching basketball for young kids.
