WHY LINFIELD?
After researching numerous schools, I found Linfield to be my favorite. They offer an excellent environmental science program and have a stunning campus, and I was especially impressed by the supportive coaches and the welcoming team atmosphere.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
It means balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, but I enjoy the challenge. The supportive coaches and team create an encouraging environment, and being a student-athlete allows me to push myself and work toward becoming the best version of myself.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
I am learning the importance of discipline, consistency, and time management. Pole vault has helped with my confidence and a positive mindset, especially since it always ends in three misses. It has taught me that success is built on a foundation of setbacks—what matters is having the determination to keep trying and improving.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
A medal-winning vaulter with a master's degree, traveling to remote locations for climate research.
