WHY LINFIELD? I choose to attend Linfield because of the opportunity to pursue my athlete goals and keep competing past the high school level. Also, the size and smaller class sizes allow for better personal learning environment.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD? It means representing the Linfield name outside of the classroom and being part of a dedicated and goal driven team.
WHAT MAKES YOU AN INTERESTING STUDENT-ATHLETE? Throughout high school, I competed in three sports, two that my school offered, which were cross country, track & field, and tennis for my local 6A high school. I experienced triumphant wins and devastating losses. Both motivated me to be a better athlete and look for an even bigger goal. I have been a team captain for three years and understand the value of a strong team and how the can be reflected on the team’s performance.
WHAT IS NEXT AFTER LINFIELD? I do not have a set plan right now for my career, but I am looking in the nursing direction. Linfield is going to help me procure and achieve my goals in the classroom by the small class sizes, personal connection with the professors, and being surrounded by others that have the same passion for learning.
WHAT IS THE BEST CLASS YOU HAVE TAKEN AT LINFIELD AND WHY? The best Linfield class I have ever taken was Intro to Microbiology because I took it during Spring 2021 and got to learn about viruses and COVID specifically. In addition, the lab portion was so much fun!
WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL? The biggest inspiration in my life is my dad and this is because he is my biggest motivator, humble, and hard-working.

Â
WHAT HAS BEEN THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR LINFIELD ATHLETIC CAREER THUS FAR? The highlight of my Linfield career thus far has been getting the chance to meet and practice with the team!
AS A LINFIELD STUDENT-ATHLETE, MY GOALS INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY FOR MY TEAM ARE... The goal I have for my team and myself is for us all enjoy what we are doing because then we will be able to accomplish our true potential.
