WHAT ARE THE REASONS YOU CHOSE TO ATTEND LINFIELD?
The reason I chose Linfield was the family atmosphere that the track team had. The small class sizes and being able to get to know my professor and the 1 on 1 help. Campus bunnies are an amazing bonus. My service dog was able to come with me as well.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
Being able to do something I love while continuing my education. Also to be a leader not only in the classroom but on the field as well.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Learning to trust the process of how your sport works. How to make mini goals and achieve them. Work ethic and being able to manage time and to be a role model to younger kids.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
Being an athletic trainer for a college team or a professional sports team so where.

WHAT’S THE BEST CLASS YOU’VE TAKEN AT LINFIELD AND WHY?
The best class I have taken at Linfield is Anatomy. Learning about how the human body works and functions has been fascinating. It has given me a deeper appreciation for the complexity of the body and how everything is interconnected, which ties directly into my passion for athletic training.

WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INSPIRATION IN YOUR LIFE? WHY HAS HE OR SHE BEEN SO INFLUENTIAL?
My high school athletic trainer, Tye Rauschert, inspired me to pursue a career as an athletic trainer. Tye always found a way to check in on his athletes and make sure they were okay. He helped me through some tough times and made my transition to Linfield very smooth, even helping me connect with people he had gone to school with. Without his guidance, I probably wouldn’t have figured out what I wanted to do. Thanks to his help, I am now working in the treatment center and studying for a career in athletic training

THE GREATEST PRINCIPLE I’VE LEARNED WHILE COMPETING IN ATHLETICS AT LINFIELD HAS BEEN…
The greatest lesson that I've learned while competing in athletics at Linfield has been the importance of family. The bonds I have built with my teammates and coaches have played a significant role in achieving my major accomplishments. Our team’s goal is to work together, create lifelong connections, and support one another through every challenge. Linfield has shown me that success is built on the foundation of trust, camaraderie, and unity.
