WHY LINFIELD?
Linfield offers an outstanding pre-veterinary program with small class sizes and excellent access to professors. I was also impressed by the track coaches, who made me feel welcomed and valued. I truly enjoy the supportive team atmosphere they’ve created.

WHAT DOES BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE AT LINFIELD MEAN TO YOU?
Being a student-athlete at Linfield means learning to manage my time effectively while facing challenges head-on. My days are filled with training, traveling, studying, and catching up on rest, leaving little room for anything else.

HOW HAS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS MADE YOU A BETTER PERSON?
Participating in track has taught me the importance of commitment and patience. Success doesn’t always come as quickly as I have hoped. However, consistent hard work always yields results in the end. I’ve embraced this lesson and applied it to other areas of my life.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
I love competing and would like to jump at an elite level - hopefully at the Olympics. I hope to have finished up my veterinarian degree and opened my own clinic.
